1. Introductory provisions

Welcome to www.massatio.com. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You"), which operates this site.

By accessing the Platform from any country in the world, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

2. The nature of the service and the role of the platform

The platform functions as a global online information intermediary that connects independent massage service providers (hereinafter: "Masseurs") and potential users of those services (hereinafter: "Clients").

• Intermediary, not employer: www.massatio.com is not an employer of Masers. Masseurs are independent entrepreneurs or individuals who independently offer their services.
• No liability for service: The platform does not provide massage services. Any service contract is concluded directly and exclusively between the Masser and the Client. The platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of the massage.

3. Registration and access levels

Using the site is only permitted to persons over 18 years of age.

3.1. Unregistered visitors (Guests)

• Guests have limited access to the database.
• I can search Masseurs by location and type of massage for information.
• They do not have access to Maser's direct contact information, detailed schedule or scheduling system.

3.2. Registered users (Clients)

• By creating an account, the Client gets access to full profiles of masseurs, reviews, price lists and the ability to schedule an appointment directly.
• The client is obliged to enter correct data during registration and to keep his password safe.

4. Scheduling, payment and cancellation

Given that the Platform acts exclusively as an advertising space and scheduler:

4.1. Direct payment policy

• No billing through the site: The platform does not process, collect or retain money for massage services.
• Direct transaction: Payment is made exclusively directly between the Client and the Maser (cash, local transfer or other agreed method).
• Prices: The prices shown on the website are for informational purposes and are determined by the masseurs.

4.2. Cancellation and "No-Show" Policy

• The client is obliged to cancel the scheduled appointment at least [X, e.g. 24] hours earlier.
• We reserve the right to permanently suspend or delete the account of the Client who does not show up at the scheduled appointment without notice ("No-Show").

5. International compliance and user responsibility

Users are obliged to respect the laws of the country in which they are located.

• Licenses and Permits: Masseurs are solely responsible for holding all necessary licenses and certifications in their jurisdiction.
• Taxes: Masseurs are solely responsible for reporting income and paying taxes.

6. Rules of conduct and safety (Zero Tolerance)

The platform is intended exclusively for professional therapeutic and relaxation massages.

• Prohibition of sexual services: It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform for offering or soliciting sexual services. Violators will be permanently banned.
• Hygiene and health: Clients are obliged to respect hygiene standards and inform the masseur about health problems.
• Right to stop: The masseur has the absolute right to stop the massage if he feels unsafe.

Users may leave ratings based solely on actual experience. We reserve the right to remove comments that contain hate speech, insults or false information.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country. The court of your country is competent for all disputes.
